I used to have a similar issue, though not anywhere as severe as this. My chiro is a serious lifter and said my erectors were huge compared to other muscles and that they were taking over everything. He suggested abduction (bad girl machine), and after doing a few sets of those a couple times a week for 2-3 weeks, the problem went away.
So your inner thighs being weak was the problem? Did this low back pump only happen to you when taking creatine?
