I know a lot of people got this. I think I had early simptoms. I stopped low back work and I am only running. Took some ibuprofen and took my time off from competitive soccer, the pain is off now.
However what advise would you guys give from now on regarding training, rehab and etc
My team mates reported they have hernia and the same sympoms. A pain somewhere at low back, at one side of the butt. Two of them are treathing it with steroid injections. I appeared coaching once with a huge pain and by my walk they immediately recognised it. It appears to be a common injury in soccer.
