Louie Simmons....WTF?

Louie Simmons doesn’t sell out.

Louie Simmons doesn’t do shit that doesn’t have a purpose…he’s nearly unarguably the most intelligent strength coach in the world.

Have you ever seen the bamboo bar that he has been using/was selling for years? There goes your argument for Louie never using kettlebells until right now.

Never call out the OG unless you have some very outrageous shit on him
I hadnt seen the bamboo bar till post 2000, its not in any old Westside stuff Ive seen

So Im assuming you support his crossfit cert aswel? You got proof hes been doing that for years.
You were ten fucking years old when it was 2000, ten years is a long fucking time. Just because Louie changes means that he’s a sell out, means he sells out every couple of years. I remember calling Louie four years ago, and he said I should do this one thing then I called him two years ago about the same thing, totally different solution.

So, I guess he sold out. Went from suggesting bands to suggesting dumbbell presses for 45 seconds…what a fucking sell out. Using what’s happens to be popular. Fucking sell out.

Your core is your HIPS not your Ab dumb fuck. Rectus Abdominis jack ass, its singular, one muscle.

TIP: How you know someone doesnt know shit about training, they think your “abs” are your core…

Do some research before you try to talk shit
You know what’s also part of your core? Your abdominal muscles. You should try some research before you shit your talk.
EEEEEEEERRRRRRRRR Look up core dumb ass, its the centre of something, your “abs” are the muscle that protect the stomach, the centre of your body is your hips

I think everyone is just missing the point… That exercise is stupid and pointless, try it, you can feel it yourself, its not gonna benefit you in any way.

You should probably shut your fucking whore mouth faggot, since I’ll put 500 bucks down that you haven’t trained West side either. I know only a few people on this forum who can claim that, and that includes Louie, Dave Tate, Jim Wendler, and a few other powerlifters. So, unless your ass is sitting on that list, your talking out of it, fuck face.

You wanna talk shit and wait for motherfuckers who have trained on a “Westside” program, you’re gonna be waiting awhile because they don’t give two shits about your punk lady boy ass. I don’t pretend to speak for any of those guys really, but I can tell you what I’ve been told. Unless your ass was in London, Ohio squatting with Louie giving you cues, you have NOT trained under a “Westside” program. And, if you really studied “Westside” and Louie religiously, you’d know this. You’d know that Westside doesn’t have a program, they do what works and fuck the rest. Westside is an atmosphere, one that I’m sure your punk ass wouldn’t even find itself on the board. So stfu, and get back in the gym and stop talking out your ass on the internet.
Thousands of people train with the Westside templet dip shit, once again, quit talking out your ass. Watch a fucking westside video and you’ll see that they do have a base training template.

Get the fucking sand out of your vagina, I posted this vid for discusion, not to hear about how much you hate me as a person.
I have 12 fucking tapes, how many tapes you got? Why don’t you stop being a bitch, sounds like your butt hurt about Louie Simmons not doing what you think works and doing what he thinks works. He’s been at this longer than you, shut your dirty lil whore mouth and go back to your pink dumbbells and bitch about your “hero.”

Seriously. I never post on this site, this is probably my first post. But you’re such an idiot I couldn’t help myself. You’re “core” or the Lumbo-Pelvic HIP Complex, consists of the Transverse Abdominus, rectus abdominus, Lumbar Multifidus, Pelvic Floor Muscles, Diaphragm, and Transversospinalis. Get you’re fucking facts straight.

Sorry I dont just blindly follow anything the man says. I’ve already admitted hes one of the best powerlifting coaches ever, and that I respect the hell out of the man. I just question everything I see, and so far this is the one thing Ive seen from him that doesnt hold up… its just disappointing, because everything else hes done is spot on.

Jesus christ…

calm down people.

What dont you get? CORE and ABS are NOT THE SAME THING

Current physical culture made the same thing, look at olympic lifters and powerlifters BEFORE SIMMONS like 50’s status, like Tommy Kono… Core=Hips

No…it means I hold 3 separate certifications, and don’t get my definitions from Wikipedia. Please, show me where you found the definition of “core” that limits it to one muscle.

I never said it was one muscle, did you not read the conversation. I said it was your hips, theres a lot of muscles in your hips, that extend into your lower back, legs, and rectus abdominis, but the center is the hips
