Lost the Weight, Can't Add Mass

I have had an incredible journey over the last year but I am now stuck and dont know what to do. This time last year I weight 335 pounds and my body fat was at 38.8%. After working my butt off literally I am now down to 200 pounds and BF at 9.9%. Great accomplishments and have never felt better. My issue now is I dont seem to be building any mass.

I measure myself on a monthly basis and my measurements havent moved much with the exception of my shoulders and chest. My current measurements are: Shoulders 49 1/2, Chest 41 1/2, Arm 14 3/4, calf 17 1/2, thigh 24 (I know small compared to many of you).

I have stayed consistent with my diet and workout routine but still no growth. I am taking in 350 grams of protien a day along with creatine. Does anyone have any suggestions what I am doing wrong. I have to continue to see results or I am afraid I will get so frustrated and end up becoming a fat ass again. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give

Hey, cut back on the protein and add in some omega 3’s such as flax. I would go with a tablespoon at each meal. Also, what are the workouts like? -Kyle

Great accomplishment is an under statement, way to go stillearning1. You’re in the right place, I can’t help you but there are many who will. Just had to say great work, keep up that determination and you will go as far as you want, stay strong, this is for life!
