Started the second week of the vacuum training yesterday. (Article here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION) First week went well, took me almost the whole week to get the hang of everything, especially the breathing. I did the program twice on several days. The horse stance position this week is harder, mainly because I’m shooting for 60 to 90 seconds (averaged about 1.10). Is everyone who’s trying this program still with me?
I’m still with you man! I started the horse stance today.felt more of a burn. Mabey it has something to do with the internal organs and gravity.Muscular control is improving though.Keep it up bro.
I started the horse stance yesterday. Im going to shoot for a minute as the burn isnt so great now at 30 sec.
I’m with you. I tried a different approach and have been doing all three positions all along. It’s become much easier to make the mind-muscle connection and I’m starting to notice that it’s much easier to hold the positions and breathe correctly. I re-discovered a strange new movement as well. I do a standing vaccuum, but then I can pop my abs out while keeping the rest of my midsection in the vaccuum, and the effect is quite strange…like this big row of muscle just bulging out. If anyone knows what the hell I’m talking about, I’ll be surprised but I’d love to hear about it.
Still suckin it in, the horse ones are a lot harder and can feel it a lot more through whole ab area than last week, 90secs wow!
