A few weeks ago i got weighed at 170 at the doctor, then i go back 2 weeks later 10 pounds less… Anyone know why? I still ifted 4 times that week for an hour a day, played basketball 2 or 3 hours a day like normal, and ate a bit less junk food like snacks. I look about the same maybe a bit skinnier. I would like to know why b/c im not trying to lose weight?

eat eat eat till you cant eat anymore, now drink drink drink 5 litres. go weigh yourself, the next day dont eat anything, go at the gym and sweat a lot, go to the toilet, and the day after weigh yourself again, and you’ll see a huge difference.
