How do your clothes fit? That is the easiest way to see because muscle is more dense than fat

You are making progress, it’s just your expectations that need changing. You’ve lost body fat, basically, which makes you look and feel smaller which gives the illusion of little to no progress.

Depends, are your lifts going up? Are you getting enough protein? etc

The jug fills drop by drop - The Buddha.

Well, if that’s the case you should start to see changes fairly soon (like within a few months).

Hoping but I need to get my motivation back :joy:

Good at least you can mentally see growth. When you first start working out you’ll retain some water weight due to inflammation. But basically 6 months is a blink of an eye…you’ll see results soon. Keep it up! Your head has to be strong for your body to be strong. After only 6 months, why would you throw in the towel? I don’t know what you eat or what your routine looks like. However, trust me, if you follow the articles and advice on this forum, you WILL see changes.

Just give up now mate. It’s a lot easier just to find an easier and more enjoyable hobby. Who cares if ya get a bit fat through your life and end up with a sore and weak back when you are older? Besides, the dad bod is in. Pretty sure chicks dig sloppy guys that have saggy tits and bigger hips than themselves.

Why do people even have this hobby? Other people watch movies, play computer games and go camping which none of those things take a huge amount of willpower or a conscious consistency.

Fuck it, I’m gonna give up as well!
