Okay I’m probably gonna cross the line into being a dick territory but I’m cool with that.

Training
The fact you did not say exactly what you do in the gym tells me your not really doing anything with any kind of structure. I hope the effort you put in whilst at the gym is more than the effort you put in to providing information to someone who is willing to help.

Nutrition
You have not been eating 1000cals a day for 6 months. That’s just as annoying an answer as the skinny guy saying he eats 7000cals a day. You would have lost more weight.

I’m happy to help but you have got to provide better and more honest information.

Joey, Joey, Joey. You’re not even close. As others have suggested, please read ANY article on this site. Your nutrition and training are currently the worst I have ever seen.
Some very basic tips: 1) Eat more 2) Simplify training.

I recommend Googling ā€œHelp a Friend Get Strongerā€ and following the advice in that article for 6 months before doing anything else you read online or someone at your gym tells you.

Do you really think he could be doing that amount of work in the gym, consume only 1000cals yet only loose 2lb in 6 months?

I only ask because I often see the advice to eat more to people who have failed to loose weight. I don’t disagree that eating more would have many benefits, possibly better hormonal and gym performance leading to better body composition. But I find it have to believe someone is not dropping actual scale weight because they are starving themselves.

Absolutely not. Additionally, with the ludicrous volume that he states he is performing, there is no way the OP is accurate in his estimate.

I kind of just went with my canned messaging that I toss to people who haven’t the faintest clue of which way is up when it comes to eating/training.

I’m going back to eating outside. Get a little vitamin d, let the dogs play, listen to outdoor speakers and am just laughing cuz I did such a lame workout but gotta follow drs orders. I think holding my iPad is more of a workout with its badass cover so it’s protected if I drop it and all good. If I had a scale I’d weigh it :rofl:

Oh I so have to take a pic because i think my iPad is too much to lift. My cardiologist is cracking me up with light or body weight exercises
