What else are you doing besides diet? Weights only? Cardio? What are the variables? (PS:BTW,Was it necessary to give this dude a plug?, I think it had a chilling effect on responses:-)
I could care less about Dr. Joe’s website. The man know’s his stuff!!
I’ve been working out for years but my goal of having a natural bodybuilder physique alluded me.
(I’m not a power lifter and I dont want to look like a skinny magazine model either).
I’m a 45 year old financial planner who meets with clients and looks at stock charts all day on the computer.
I like how I feel when I workout, and if you’re going to put all the time and energy into working out and logging every meal on the computer, you might as well have the positive results to go with it.
Joe has taken me to that “next” level nutritionally.
As this site is made up of a large group of folks who are always looking to tweak and improve, I thought it appropriate to give Dr. Joe a free plug.

Don’t take any offense, but this site is full of coaches, trainers, and doctors. I’m sure this guy is great, but I think I’ll stick with JB. Most people on here will probably feel the same way.
Out of curiosity though, what has this guy taught you that you couldn’t find out either here or just in general researching? Did he just make it simple and lay it all out for you or did he actually have something innovative to teach?

Dr. Joe made my nutrition/supplement program very simple and specific based on my goals.
we had an inititial consultation where I emailed pictures, measurements and bodyfat. Joe established a base line nutritional plan using protein, carb and fat intake.
Each week, we would review my activities, weight and bodyfat…Based on the results and my planned activities for the coming week, joe would fine tune and tweak the protein, carb, fat variables.
For many of the folks on this website, there is very little new out there in the way of whole food to gain muscle size and lose bodyfat. There’s only so many ways to disguise chicken, talapia, tuna, salmon, occassional steak, sweet potatos, steamed vegtables, fruit and of course protein powder.
This site has been great for getting a wealth of general knowledge.
Where Dr. Joe has been great --is without locking me into a specific menu, being able to very quickly and specifically modify one MY P/C/F variables to keep ME on track …depending upon what cycle period I am on.
