My right side is significantly weaker/smaller than my left side. My chest and tricep is what is most noticeable.
How do I remedy this? I have no patience to stop lifting with my left side and concentrate on the right…ie DB presses with right arm only. Hopefully there is a better solution that allows me to continue my progress.
Reason for lopsidedness:
I am right handed so normally my right side would be stronger. Well, I may have tendinitis in my right shoulder which sometimes is painful in any kind of bench…which causes me to rely more on my left side. I had an MRI about 6 months ago and the doctor said it is nothing more then tendinitis and i dont need to stop lifting.
Also, what are some good things to do to rehab or prevent pain in my shoulder?
Any advice or direction is appreciated as always.
Thanks.
