hi
i need to loose some weight i’m at 215 and i want to get down to 170 that is where my best weight compare to my height and i would be so happy. i need some instruction on how to get down to that and help on a training and diet program that will bring me to that.

If you want to loose some of the weight there are a few basic things that you can do like eating more vegetables, not eating about an hour before bed, and drinking alot of water. As far as exercise you could do some type of cardio before your first meal of the day along with a weight training program some time during the day.
I realize that English probably isn’t your first language, but it’s “lose” weight, not “loose” weight.
And yes, you should read the FAQ.
