loose skin on face

I lost about 60 pounds around a year and a half ago. Ever since then, I have developed a lot of loose skin. I started weight training to improve my overall appearance and I feel great. One of my concerns is that my face still has a lot of loose skin and makes me look chubbier than I really am. Anything I can do to firm up or tighten the muscles in my face? Thanks

Not really. Though Charles Atlas actually had routines to “develop your facial muscles,” which would at the very least get some blood in the area and make the face look a little more “full.” If you’ve got a lot of loose skin, however, that’s not going to do you much good. If the skin doesn’t shrink in two to three years, or if you have a lot of extra money to burn now, get surgery.

Ya know…we see this question over and over again in various forms. Loose skin at lower abs, butt, neck, face, etc. FACE IT…if there was something that could easily get rid of loose skin, OTC, don’t you think EVERY middle aged housewife in America would be using it by now??? If it bothers you, get surgery. PERIOD.

Well I’m in the medical field (going for the MD and maybe the PhD) and the only thing I’ve ever heard that is a sure thing is surgery:( It looks great though if you go to the right person! Good luck!
