Hi new to the site…hope I dont get blasted for writing this but have to ask anyway
I have need any and all information concerning weight gain. Looking for recipies (400 cal+). Tips and tricks that bodybuilders and strongmen use for putting on weight quickly. Also looking for any strongman recipies out there. Looking to go on high caloric diet for rugby

Supplement with MAG-10 and follow either the MAG-10 Plan for success or Massive Eating. Now I don’t know too much about Rugby, but it seems to me that you would want explosive strength not just pure bulk. I’ve been doing Meltdown training the past couple of weeks and in addition to burning fat faster then ever, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my athletic performance. I play rec. basketball and baseball. I substituted jump squats for squats and clap push-ups for push-ups. Since I’ve added these to my workout my vertical leap has increased and my lower body is significantly more powerful. Since your looking to add weight you might want to add some rest time between exercises and increase time between sets. Additionally, go heavy with most of the exercises since you’ll be using Mag-10. If you’re already strong in the upper body, elevate your feet on a bench when doing push ups and add some weight when your doing pull ups. Remember - be explosive. I think that most people who have participated in Meltdown training will tell you that it sounds easy when you read about it. Trust me, it’s not. I finished an hour ago and am still wondering if I’m going to hurl.
Since fat gain is not a concern, merely drink one beer every hour waking hour. Keep the rest of your diet the same. You should gain about four pounds a week. That means in one year you can gain 200 pounds! I have another suggestion that is a sure fire way to gain fat but you might consider it a smart ass response so I am afraid to post it for fear that I may raise your ire.
I drink two protein shakes daily consisting of 1 full serving N-Large2 with 40 extra grams of protein powder. And I drink one in the middle of the night, like when I get up to piss, consisting of 40 grams of protein. This takes a little getting used to at first, but always does the trick for adding on a few pounds of muscle.
