Im looking to drop as much fat as possible and I understand that this goes against all the rules; however, I am not extremely concerned with catabolizing a small amount of muscle. Im probably around 15% bf at 210 and im just sick of being big, i wanna be around 180 <10%bf. One of my problems is that if I dont have my diet/workout written out exaclty what I should eat, I stray from them or soon stop in search of a “more perfect diet”. So I would love someone to help me create a great cutting diet.
I was thinking of doing a hybrid of T-dawg, warrior diet and dont diet. 6 days a week I want to somehow combine the philosophies of t-dawg and warrior, and then on saturday use 3p+c and 3p+f for a healthy carb up.
Can someone please guide me in the right direction and perhaps share their personal experience with any of these diets.
Also, I am currently following Joel Marion’s original RR&D routine and I was wondering if anyone has substituted the diret forearm work and isolation excercises with more taxing ones.
Thanks a lot T-men.
one word, use the search function here. Tabata
I don’t think the search button is his problem, or actually, using it too much may be. Let me ask you first, is there any specific event (i.e. a weigh in) that you need to be so low for? If not, then, with all due respect, stop fucking up all those diets. I’m not being rude, just you’re losing sight of one, the reasons for eating healthy, and two, the philosophies behind each diet. Let me ask, how tall are you, how is your current diet constructed, what does your training look like (if any)?
I would say, start with Tdawg2, and adjust from there. It’s simple and straight forward. Run the numbers, get used to eating that way, and give that and some training 6 weeks. You should see some results then. Come back when you have made a commitment and have stalled.
Bronx, I am 6’1’’ and the reason I wanna drop this weight is because I am a no holds barred fighter and I am really to heavy to be in the weight class that I’m in now. My body belongs at about 180-185. However, as of now there are no specific tournaments I am entering so I guess I can afford to drop the weight a little slower. Would something like Dont Diet work well for this?
Using the search button is definitly not my problem, in fact I might agree that my overuse of it has put the brakes on me. Whenever I start a diet my mind starts telling me that there’s something better out there and then i stop the diet, start researching again, find a new one…repeat…I am very well informed about many diets yet consistently fail to put them to use.
My current training program is Ripped Rugged and Dense which is a 5x5 type strength based workout 3 days a week. I’m considering switching to meltdown though.
Thanks for your help.
