I am about to start bulking and I am looking for some assistance with a new workout.
I have tried using the search facility on the site but I can’t find what I am looking for. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be cool.
Again, not been lazy I am new to the site and I am not used to where all the best info is.
Personally, I see Chad Waterbury’s programs being the most use friendly for beginners, but that’s just my opinion. His programs tend to strike a nice balance between gaining mass and strength.
As for diet, I’d seriously consider taking a look at Massive Eating Reloaded (Part 1 and 2) by John Berardi.
I don’t think there is a “BEST” info it depends on you.
where are you at fitness wise
what kind of physique do you have?
what kind do you want?
Strength, Power, Looks, Functional, Performance, Aesthetic? Which one or combination?
what are your current muscular levels and cardiovascular levels at?
experience and knowledge in fitness thus far?
where do you want to go and how do you want to get there.
I don’t believe I’m qualified to direct you anywhere in particular but if you can answer some of these questions I think those that are can help better.
