Looking for Critique on My Routine

A movie? movies are so divorced from reality… I’m not even sure that it requires explanation.

No idea where the concept of getting fatter is coming from, it’s more or less static. Compared to a yr ago there is some fat loss coupled with muscle gain. nothing huge though. Look again at what I posted, the majority of my day is spent not doing much, sure I hit the gym and go for a ride/walk but clearly that is not enough to cause/support a constant weight loss.

So yeah, the activity level to inactive over the period of time I’m awake is very low. Getting more sleep will help in hormone regulation and weight loss. It’ll also help with energy and energy expenditure.
