Serious question: Why do you care what number it is?
Lets just say you aren’t happy with how lean you are right now. Would you suddenly be happy with where you’re at if a DEXA scan told you 8%?
If yes, then you gotta sort some mental stuff out because you just let a computer make you happy where you previously weren’t.
If no, then maybe just keep cutting until you’re satisfied?
Either way, you look great, it sounds like you’ve either got like 3-5lbs of fat to lose max, or its a great time to start building muscle.
Between 12%-15% is probably accurate. You are pretty lean.

So if you will hear whole story: This photos are from August last year, and I don’t see any progress. Inbody machine has count me 7% fat and I think is not accurate.
I’m 44 years old, we have new baby, so I did’t sleep more than 6 hours whole year…
Now I see, that here I’m much leaner…
But not muscular.

I’m little bit tired from the diet, my lift numbers start going down, so I´m not sure, if should end the diet, or deload at maintenance and then continue in cutting.
Your lean enough IMO.
Yes you are leaner in the last pic but I don’t think you need to continue cutting. Work on building some more muscle first.

I can see nothing productive for dieting to the extent that you are getting weaker, especially since you were not dieting because you were obese.
Yeah allot of people tend to forget that… especially beginners
stop focusing on dieting and focus on nutrition. you’re clearly lean enough, this is like competition level lean, but why? you have no muscle to show for it. focus on NUTRITION and macros, and bulk. if your lifts are getting weaker, you aren’t fueling your body.
Random dumbass comment on my part, but you might feel leaner if you shaved.
But you look good now, and I agree that doing some bulking could help.
Thank you for your comments, I appreciate it. I agree, that I need more mass, maybe damn social media affect my opinion, how ideal figure look like (clearly visible abs, veins everywhere, etc). But in reality it is not necessary. So i start bulk. Last question: is some maintenance before better?
