Looking for a Pull-Up Article

There was an article awhile back on pull ups. If I remember correctly it was like a 6wk plan. Eventually, breaking down to two a days for about 2wks. I cannot seem to find that article when I use the search. Anyone, happen to have it?

I am looking to start a program in March to try increase my running times. Start in the morning and again in at night. “Two a days”

I love doing chin-ups and pull-ups. Just started doing them with 25# and they are brutal but I still swear by them. That above mentioned program looks like a real great way to start. Give her shit and all the best! Stay strong!
