100 is a big number. It’s some rediculous internet “100 pushups in 30 days” program.

I have this thing where I “earn” sitting on my ass watching football by doing puish ups every time someone scores and I equal each teams total number of points as they score.

So that if a game goes 28-24 I do:

team 1 7,14,21, 28= 70

team 2 7, 14, 21, 24+ 66

So total for the game is 136 push ups. Now if I end up watching 3-4 games on Sat. that starts to get hard.

The 100 pushup challenge makes the internet rounds every year. I think its great because many women don’t even realize that they have the capability to do even one “boy pushup”. Women have way more self-imposed limitations around exercise than do the men, so every little bit helps.

Keep checking in here to comment on lifting but I can’t seem to find much in the way of workouts, just pages and pages of inuendo and what I can only describe as “sex talk”. It’s true what they say about the interweb. Disgusting!

Not me, man. When I’m training I’m totally in the zone. Nothin distracts me from the iron, man. Especially firm, shapely glutes on an attractive woman!! Only the weak would lose their focus over something so picayune.
