Long Live the Clubbell

Man…has anyone tried these? I started with a 15, got a 25, and just (a week ago) got my 45lb bruiser. This is the single best fitness/strength thing I have ever owned…more change to my shoulders than years of weight training…

Anyone else have experiances they’d like to share?

I’d love to hear what everyone else thinks about these kickass clubs.

Yea!! Clubbels are great. I found them last july looking for a fun way to rehab from 18 months of treatment for 2 cancers. I was a mess and very weak from having a 1/3 of my right lung removed and 9 bouts of chemo. I started with 2-15lb CB’s which felt like 50lbs. As a matter of fact I wieghed them thinking they sent 25lb clubs. I trained with them 5 days aweek going from swings and pendulums, casts to complex routines.

Now I train with them 2x week and introduced rings 2xweek along side a daily Systema work out. To make a long story short I went from 160 to 170lbs, functionally strong muscled up “old” man looking fwd to my 73 birthday this July. So keep on swinging and enjoy the results. I tip my hat to Coach Scott Sannon for doing a great job of promoting the CB and the training material.

I got 2 , 15lb CB’s which felt like 50lbs to me and started as Scott Sannon recomended with swings, pendulums, casts and on to complex routines training 4-5 days a week for the 1st 6 mo’ths.

Now I train with CB’s 2X a wk, Rings 2X aweek and a Systema type work out almost daily. To make a long Happy story short, I’m 170lbs,muscled up functionally strong old man looking fwd to my 73rd Birthday this July and give CB’s and Scott Sannon thanks for getting me on a great path of heallth, strength and fitness and for finding Russian Martial Arts(Systema).
