How is the Walden Farms BBQ sauce? Anyone try it?
I’ve tried it. It’s not bad, but you’re not going to want it on everything, every day like you would with the real stuff. It’s better than eating plain chicken breasts, or even to perk up some eggs.

Why not go for 10-kcal options? It’s only 10 calories, but it makes such a big difference!
I have a 10-kcal BBQ sauce (by Masterpiece), 10-kcal ketchup (Heinz), and 10-kcal hickory-flavored mustard (Stubb’s BBQ - if you’re from Texas, you know what this is about). 1 serving is all it takes, and you’re good to go.
I actually learned to eat/enjoy salad plain (w/o dressing), but if I ever need some flavor, balsamic/red wine vinegar mixed with 1-2 packets of Splenda usually does the trick. I’ll have to try out some fat-free ranch though (although I hated it the first time I tried it).
And I’d also like to vouch for the Molly McButter sprinkles. I’ve only tried the butter sprinkles, but that shit is DAMN GOOD! I put that on my steamed broccoli, spinach, squash, etc. Never tried the cheese version, though, so I’m going to have to find me some.
I also found out that the spicy sauce packets from Taco Bell are 5-10 cal per packet, i have about 1000 of those so its good to spice some stuff up for free.
Tried the Walden Farms Caramel spread. Its terrible on apples, I think… I realized I dont really liek caramel apples half way through. But mixed with 1 scoop of Grow! chocolate, I scoop of vanilla, some ice, and some almond milk, You have a low cal, high protein shake that tastes like sex!.. alright, not that good, but pretty damn tasty!
I am a big fan of Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix (I think it is like 5 calories per packet). I sprinkle the dry mix on chicken to add a bit more flavor. Also, when I am in a rush in the morning I’ll throw together a salad, sprinkle some dry mix over everything, toss in a little balsamic and shake.
Another good “low calorie” option to add flavor is dry taco seasoning. I sprinkle it on chicken and then sear or grill. On line calorie counters say it is 20 calories per 2 tsp.
God I love I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (Spray)
It’s a savior when cutting.
