Fellow t-men, I have bought some liquid Vitex from Vitamin world ( 1 ml= 500mg) basically what do you guys think? and just in case I bought pills as well (1 pill= 400mg)? Ive done my research but just to double check, basically I would take 1 gram of vitex in the morning? right? that would be approx. three pills? or liquid form 2 mL? just want to make sure I understand what I am doing, and doing it right? much thanks to those with assistance.
