Hi coach.. not sure where to bring this but any help would be much appreciated.. I recently started a part time job as a cyclist delivering food. I’m usually cycling for around 4 hours at a time a few times a week which is way more cardio than i want to be doing. I do my best to eat while working to limit losing weight/strength.. I lift 4 days a week with my goal to increase strength in the 3 big lift (plus military press). Any tips apart from eating for how to limit any strength loss from all this excess cardio?
