Programming When Dieting With Keto

What type of coach’s programs would best complement a keto diet for fat loss?

Is it better to steer training toward more strength oriented methodology and not use more lactate/growth factor methods?

I would lift more for strenght on the big basic lifts with 1-2 isolation exercises per workout for sets of 8-12 reps. And do steady state cardio.

Sounds great. What about the gap workout? Hypertrophy layout? Remedial work? How to stay away from more lactate producing methods but have an easier session than the three main days?
