Limited Time/Widowmaker: PR Set?

I’m sure my question is explained somewhere in the book and I’m being an idiot and missing it, but oh well.

For Limited Time/Widowmaker from Forever, is the “PR Set/Widowmaker” lister the same as the set/rep scheme shown on page 67-68 in the FSL section?

Just wanting to make sure I’m correct.

Yes, it’s the same set/rep scheme.
Only difference is you’re doing two main movements per day.
I don’t know if it’s explained in detail somewhere in the book, but “PR sets” always refers to the original 5/3/1 scheme.
