What do the high rep pressdowns do for you Power? Does it make the triceps pwetty? Lol
I’m trying to bring out my triceps a little more since I think that my biceps overshadow them so maybe trying some high reps like that will help.

Training partners convinced me to stay in the 165’s for my meet in March. If I lost 10 lbs then my gear might not fit right. To send away and get taken in, may or may not get it back in time. So, instead of playing with too many variables, just stick with what I’m doing now.
At that’s one less thing I get to stress about now…hurray !!!

And since you’re staying in the 165s are you going to back off the cardio or are you just going to be a really light 165er?
I’m glad that you’re staying in your current weight class, I can imagine that it was stressful to do your workouts and have to worry about shedding some pounds for a competition only a couple months away.
Hopefully the diet wasn’t hard on your strength. Your numbers are always amazing though, so I can’t tell anyway.
