This was the first time I’d done a 1RM Zercher off the box, it was fun…really felt the posterior chain put to work…
Kimba, diet is acting odd this time…I adjusted my belt back to the previous hole, smallest it’s been yet, but I’ve only lost about 5 lbs in 3 weeks and 4 of those were the 1st week on the diet…Granted I haven’t been really really good, but not bad…I’m afraid my high carb days are going to be taken…

I did one meet about 4 years ago, couldn’t lock out 235 and bombed, so I’m definitely doing something better, learned alot about benching, built my raw strength first this time.
Locking out anything over 200 is impressive to me but I meant what are other women in your class single ply putting up.

Saturday I woke up with the most excuriating pain in my upper back, right upper erector muscle extending down to my lower lat…after I caught my breath and talked my husband out of taking me to the emergency room, I figured out I’m sooo dehydrated. Heat and CytoMax, fluids, potassium, calcium, etc…finally about 3.5 hours later I could move without too much pain. Needless to say, didn’t do ME Lower yesterday.
