yeah man dont fuckin apologize…be nice but dont kiss ass! haha. but yeah I’m 17 now, I was at your weight when I was 16 too. Do you find curlin with a straight bar harder than the Ez-Curl bar (i dont own an ez-curl bar so I’m jw). What’re your other #'s for bench squat and dead? Peace

Harder with the straight bar to me. Especially on the wrists.

Omg wow.

First, I came on here saying I look like shit… because I do. If I came here and wasn’t modest and nice I would have been flamed to shit. I came here for advice, and I came here to be rated.

I don’t think this forum is exactly about bringing something interesting and unique to the table. The forum is made for rating physiques. If I wanted to bring something interesting and unique and bring goals into this then I would post it in Physique and Performance Photos.

I agree with a lot of the posts on here. Kid, you’ve got an excellent physique for a 16 yr old, no question. But this IS T-Nation and an adult forum. You seem to want validation, which at 16 is understandable. I can’t see why you’ve posted at this stage in your physique development unless you just wanted people to blow smoke up your ass. What were you hoping to get out of your post?

In keeping with the a no-bias philosophy, I’ll give you a 2.
But I’ll say it again, for a SIXTEEN yr old your physique is superb.

Now, go lift for 5 years and THEN post another pic.

I was just on here for advice and so on. Just to see what number I could hit also. I’ll be sure to return and post some new pics in a year or so.

The five years was tongue in cheek, although it didn’t come across like that. That sounds like a great plan. You’d have a really good frame of reference to measure progress from.

Best thing you could do is spend a few evenings looking through the info in the ‘beginners’ section. Heck, I go through it from time to time myself, there’s great no-nonsense info.

I was probably about 18 before I had a similar physique to what you’ve got.

I think you have decent mass. I haven’t seen any before-pics of you, so I can’t really judge, but if this was my results of 2,5 years of training, I would not be satisfied.
