No, you just dont have any. How many calories are you eating on a typical day?

Impressive muscle maturity for 16, if that’s really your age. I wish I had looked like you when I was your age. Ignore the negative bullshit, you’re on the right path.

Ahhhh, I have none. Thats why! Thanks!

I’m eating as much as I can. Possibly around 4000/day.

Yeah, it is amazing how much negativity there is in this world, but you must rise above it. I gave you a 10. Read Christian Thibaudeau’s articles and you’ll start adding a lot of mass with little fat gain. Stay away from shit food. 4000 cals is only good if it isn’t mcdonalds and wendys, even on cheat days.

Thanks a lot. People like you are what T-Nation needs more of. I appreciate it. On rare occasions I will have fast food. I know I said once a week but I havent touched that in forever. Last time I ate fast food I got horribly sick. terrrible night, never touched fast food since.

Why does this guy have a 7.5. Thats ridiculous. Yes he’s ripped but he doesn’t look anything like a T-Nation 7.5. I’ve seen some guys that were jacked on here getting 5.5 or 6’s and they make this guy look like a high school basketball player.
