Are you saying that you re-started curls just recently and were curling 150lbs at a bw of 180lbs.?
Yes, post the video, please.
NP. I’m uploading the video on TinyPic right now.

It’s 150+ pounds so I can appreciate the need to “move around the bar” somewhat. Thanks for posting that and thanks for coming off like a very rspectful “kid”. And good for you for putting up when called out! There’s not a lot of you out there. Good work!

Impressive muscle maturity for 16, if that’s really your age. I wish I had looked like you when I was your age. Ignore the negative bullshit, you’re on the right path.
Thank you, I appreciate it.
Yeah, it is amazing how much negativity there is in this world, but you must rise above it. I gave you a 10. Read Christian Thibaudeau’s articles and you’ll start adding a lot of mass with little fat gain. Stay away from shit food. 4000 cals is only good if it isn’t mcdonalds and wendys, even on cheat days. OK, “negativity”? This kid is getting off incredibly nicely, so I’m not 100% sure where people are making it seem like this kid is getting slammed. He’s certainly got his head on pretty straight and I applaud him for that… but a 10?
You are rating his physique as perfect? How is that being of any benefit to him at all? He gets one incredibly mild teasing post of “You look very massive. :)” and one about him having no shoulder and suddenly you would think we are insulting his mother. Sad.
Again, to the OP, you are very much on track, but the fact that your current rating on here is a 7.2 is seriously inflated (and I can tell from your posts you see that). You are very early on in your lifting “career” so I look forward to seeing you progress.
Personally, I gave you a 5 because I am rating you against what I think someone who comes to this site should strive for, regardless of age or experience.

Youve got your head screwed on straight. Keep eating big and adding weight to the bar and youll do fine. Dont get caught up in the information wave on this site. Stick to whats working for you and dont let the weekly best ever programs on here get you side tracked.
