Lean But Lacking Enough Mass

Next summer will hold MORE MASS for me… I PROMISE!!!

Needs more pics. Back, front, LEGS etc.

Look good thus far. Very lean and muscular. Great shoulder separation. Not being sarcastic, but why do you think you need more mass? If you feel the need to be bigger that’s great. However your physique seems to be in pretty stellar condition.

yeah dude youre definately shredded and yea more pic would be better.

@burbanky, everyone always wants to add more mass. its the driving force in bodybuilding. if he didnt want to add more mass what else would he do?

Yeah you look good, wholly developed front. Props on the midsection work. I would like to see a legs, triceps, and back shot.

Everyone? Every single person wants more mass? Not so. I don’t. I know plenty of people that have reached their mass building goals and are aiming for balance, symmetry and definition.

I’M NOT SAYING YOU"RE WRONG, I just don’t think bulking or mass building is the goal of EVERY bodybuilder. Having said that, you’re right as the MAJORITY of people want to be bigger. Just not ALL.

Yes i do think mass is the exact definition of what a bodybuilder wants to achieve. not sure how you missed the whole “building” part of the word bodybuilding. by the sound of your posts id wager you havent really achieved much in the first place.

well the op said he did want more mass, so its a moot point.

Great work for sure!

Lookin pretty shredded dude. I don’t know if you need to add mass overall or just focus on lagging points. I’d probably go with the second unless your goal is to just be huge :).

still need a legs pic.

You look pretty good, I gave you a 7. Mind if I ask how old you are?

I’m 45 yrs old.
Now somebody please tell me how to add some more pics. I’ve been trying using the same way I did this one but not working. Thanks.

Excellent size and definition! I’m 38 and trying to get where you are - I have the size, but not nearly as chiseled as you.

Great job. I’ll save the rating until you get more pics up, but I’m certain you work legs properly with your physique.

awesome
