Light Squat Percentage

For the fall and winter I am getting ready to do the following split. I plan to ride the Airdyne 20 to 30 minutes in the morning on lifting days followed by light stretching. Lifting and prowler is late afternoon

I would like to do some light squats on Friday along with the deadlift. What percentage and reps would you suggest Deload percentage, FSL, other?

Monday

Bench 3x5 Pros with 2 back off sets FSL
Chins 5x10
DB Press 3-5x10
Triceps Pushdown/Face Pulls 3-5x10

Tuesday

Squat 3x5 Pros with 2 back off sets FSL
SLDL 3x6-8
Abs

Wednesday- Prowler Walks/Mobility

Thursday

Press 3x5 Pros with 2 back off sets FSL
DB Rows 5x10
DB Bench 3-5x10
Barbell Curls/Rear Lateral

Friday

Light Squats ?
Dead Lift 3x3 Pros
Abs

Saturday-Prowler Walks /Mobility

Your overall volume seems pretty low so I would say you could definitely do 5x5 @ FSL. You could even possibly do 3-5 x 5 @ SSL. But since you would like to keep it light, FSL would be fine. You could even possibly use percentages from the Simplest Strength Template.

Thanks bidbadbombs. I forgot to mention the reason the volume is low is that I am 60 and recovery is not what is use to be.
