Light Cutting Cycle

Peanut butter ALONE keeps me 2 inches wider than i should be.

AND it increases my waist too… rofl!

OK, reduced the T3 to 50mg today and I had some electrolytes and complex carbs last night. (Sweet potato and some gatorade).

I feel a lot better than yesterday and I am looking forward to the gym this afternoon.

bf% meter said 19.5% this morning, but I forgot to use it right after waking like usual and did it after eating. Probably messed it up because I eat a LOT at breakfast.

However, if tomorrows bf reading is the same and weight is higher or static I’m going to adjust the cycle by increasing the clen.

As far as Dave1188’s comment about my stack being catabolic and yet I am getting stronger…

My theory was to eat big and eat for strength and lift as heavy as I could with a Sheiko short rep routine in order to combat the stacks’ tendancy to eat muscle. So far it seems to be working.

I DO NOT recommend this stack for anyone else. I was an athlete competing at international levels for many years and I can push myself in the gym (and out) harder than most. I’ve also spent YEARS studying my own, rather unique, physiology. Nutrition info has always been a weak spot for me though and you guys have been incredibly helpful. I feel my diet is 150% better than it was just 12 months ago.
