What if someone were to lift weights heavily, say 3-4 times per week with Squats, DLs, Rows, Pullups, Presses, all the good stuff…
But didn’t eat alot. What if he really under-ate?
What would happen? Would he lose weight and add muscle, or would he just kind of stay at where he was?

He’d probably lose muscle and keep the same bodyfat.

He’d probably end up in hospital from a weight falling on him as he passes out under the bar.

If you want to gain muscle and lose fat you need to pick one at a time or carb cycle.

You would almost definitly become overtrained and depressed. Not mention all the above mentioned.

Enough said.
The story would be different if you lifted light in a fat-loss workout. Lifting heavy without a solid nutritional base is dangerous in and out of the gym.
