Lifting with Intermittent Fasting

Today was the start of my trial with intermittent fasting and lifting, I am doing the IBB Program but will be changing it up a bit… so far so good.

1 hour cardio - simple walk, at 12% incline

First Training:

Top half overhead press 3x3 - 255

High incline bench to neck 6x3 - 225

Push Press 3x1, 3x3, 1xmax - 185

Second Training

High incline bench to neck 5x4 - 205

Wide grip bench to neck 4x6 - 225

3/4 rep flat fly 4x8 - 50

Gironda dips 3x20

Neutral grip db bench 5x4 - 70

Side pitcher raise, db starts behind thigh 5x4 - 25

Decline BB skullcrusher 5x4 175

7AM: blended coffee mix of half scoop protein, 2 tbsp instant coffee, 1 tsp cappuccino, my hyper mix of clen, eca, cinnamon, and a mixture of super charge from Labrada with Lunacy from Thai Labs.

8-9 AM: walk

9- 9:30AM: First training

9:45 AM: 10 g BCAA, Multivitamins

2 - 2:40PM: Second Training

2:45PM: 10 g BCAA, Multivitamins

6 PM: pound of lean beef with 4 eggs

8-9 PM: Last meal before the fast, if I am still hungry.
