There’s days when I don’t feel going in like I have it, but just about every time once I get warmed up and rolling I don’t feel tired any more.
Having said that there have been a couple rare times where I cut it short because I actually felt like I was doing more harm than good. When you’re having trouble with form, killing yourself on a weight you should be ok with it’s time to float that day.
I read somewhere that is your body saying,
C’mon pussy send me some more weight.

On the other hand, I’ve had days where I was totally psyched, almost bursting with motivation to lift… only to have a shitty workout.
Well, when I feel tired, I take advantage of it. I’m one of those peeps who seems to have a much better day, when I’m feeling… “cold”.
So I just force myself down to the gym, and have a blast
