I am about to go on the V-Diet and I have a few questions.
As well as doing the lifts on lifting days, would it be okay if I also did some bodyweight exercises, chins, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, until failure just one set?
Also, because I am out of town this sun and mon and so I can’t start until tues.
I would just do this instead:
Tues: Lift
Wed: Off
Thu: Lift
Fri: Off
Sat: Lift
Sun: Off
Mon: Off
Is that Okay?
