Numbers are looking really good consdiering what you’ve battled through. I have no doubt that a year from now you’ve have passed those numbers by a mile.

Strong high pulls there. Thats something I’ve never done before.
Thanks Joe, I have cut out all shrugging and replaced them with these high pulls, hang cleans and trap bar walks, it has made a noticeable difference in my traps and upper back, something that shrugs never did for me, to this extent.
