Lift Stats?

Age: 40
Height: 6’0"
Weight: 230

Squat: 475
Deadlift: 410
Bench: 375

Working on boosting all of those numbers in the next month to hit the following goals.

Squat: 500
Deadlift: 425
Bench: 400

Has anyone done any gripper training? Just curious if someone has stats on gripper level or reps.
