Life after Velocity

Hi all,

Happy Thanksgiving

This one is even better as my wife and I finished our 28 days of velocity yesterday. What a ride it was and very excited for a day full of HSM today :wink:

With that said, my question is how would you advise we continue using MD to ensure we continue our great results/progress? I was thinking two shakes with double scoops of MD per day would be a great start…any thoughts on the timing of these shakes? should we do more? Should flameout still be taken x1 with every meal (but limit to 4/day)? Curcumin x1 with breakfast?

I see you got no responses to this - I am also curious about next steps as would like to continue having them in my meal plan after 28 days…
