Just finishing the Velocity Diet with pretty good results. I really didn’t find it all that hard to stay on it. My wife did it at the same time and had very good results. Any thoughts on the following post V-Diet plan. It is a combination of the V-Diet and a lean mass gaining diet from Swole. I have had good results using Swole’s diets in the past.
Mon., Wed, Friday are intense lifting days. On those days, I will have 3 solid meals and 3 shakes with a total of approximately 340 grams protein, 390 grams carbs, and 30 grams fat, with total calories at around 3300. I won’t go into the exact meal nutritional breakdown.
Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sunday. Cardio first thing in the morning, but no lifting. On these days I will continue to follow the V Diet, 6 shakes a day, nonlifiting day diet schedule (approximately 1400 calories).
Curious if anyone else has tried something similar to transition of the V-Diet? Anyone else feel free to offer your thoughts.
