The guy who the OP is talking about posted and he is very lean at his 175lbs. I believe it NO DOUBT. I’m actually not surprised at all he can do that, and for sure he will only get stronger.
I squatted 430lbs at 183lbs when I was 16 years old…I even have a video to prove it for ya OP! ![]()
I did this, and I know I’m not the strongest kid on the block so for the most part I believe people when they speak of lifts. Ya got some freaks out there man! lol
Well, I for one don’t see what kind of ego boost you would get from lying about something online.
Back when I was 18 I did alot of sumo deadlifts, and did a max of 215 kg(BW 80 kg). No one believed me, then I got a vid, and out of the dozens of disbelievers one or two came back and said ‘nice’!
Lying about lifts is just as bad as saying ‘hell no, your skinny ass can’t lift that much!’

yeah for sure, not a doubt in my mind…the OP is just a weak shit…no offence OP, but definaetly the guy is stronger than most ppl is weight…it’s alright though you’ll get there…and maybe your routine is just shit and thats why your not making strength gains.
what does your routine look like anyway? if you are even reading this far into your own thread you made lol

Damn Bionic legs,… ruining the purity of our sport -lol
S
I think the only people who really care about someone else’s lifts are those that cannot make any progress themselves. Instead of rationalizing that they are small girly men, they would rather call B.S on someone else.
