Levrone is Back!

Not just on that board. People seem to ignore that concept all over the internet.

Some of the steroid boards are downright hilarious.
People there focus so much on gear that they think it’s the only thing that matters at all and apparently forgot (or never found out in the first place) that drug-free trainees aren’t just doomed to a life of gaining 5 lbs per year, and let’s not even mention muscle-memory.
They’re all pissed that levrone made more progress without gear than they did in the last 3 years on 3-4g of test per week hahaha

Never occured to any of them that both their genetics and their ridiculous training and diet regimens may be to blame, plus the oh-so-obvious fact that Levrone has been huge before and they haven’t. But whatever.
They’re also convinced that every single pro uses absolutely crazy drug-dosages. Oh well.

Most of the people on those boards are not that big. They may be on significant amounts of drugs, but they are the type you see in gyms who look like they’ve only been lifting for a coupe of years. They think their progress is dependent on drug use. That is one fucked up way to get started in this. You see guys like that weighing a solid 240lbs one month and then see them 6 months later looking like they have AIDs.

Very true, a guy in my gym is like that. Blows up like crazy for about 5 or so months then looks like he never lifted 2 months later funny. No foundation.

Just replace that for a motorbike - that’s what I did.
I call him ApriliO - my action and adventure playmate. See, it’s a good thing you had the theft so now you can get a new bike with a new meaning and a new wife, I mean, life!
…eh? Think about it.

: D

To BenceJones:

With regards to intensity and sameness: Sustaining power is relative.
And I, for one, always feel I could be pushing more weight if I wanted.

-could just be the different light but he seems to have lost a tiny bit of muscle in this clip

Levrone is getting cut up! A workout with nothing but supersets, guaranteed to jack up your heart rate.

And he did that FOUR TIMES!!!

He trains like an athlete - I love him.

Not only does he look fantastic but he is very no nonsense and I find that very inspiring.

he must have one of the most responsive front deltoid muscles in BB, it just jumps out at you, how fab!

And the chest separation…wow he is a definitely filling up under his skin.

Why do you think he did delts before chest in this video?

levronereport.com/

Because his shoulders overpowers his chest and by “pre-exhausting” them he thus stimulates his chest more with the following chest exercises.

Levrone is training like a MMA fighter in this video. He is noticably leaner so he is doing well. He also mentioned that it is traveling around filming a movie, that’s why he has had such little time to post. Hopefully we can see him on the big screen soon!

He doesn’t mention much about his diet during this cutting cycle, besides the “lowering the carbs.” Does anyone know what that means? Does he go completely keto or has he in the past?

Happens all the time in my college gym. Maybe not to that extreme, but I’ll see guys go from putting up fairly respectable weights and looking pretty big to looking like they lost 30lbs and 1/2 their strength.

he doesnt have a bad jab!

Another video is up. Levrone said his arms now measure 20 inches!

“You might say “Kev!, why you doing six reps?”, I’m doing six reps… cause I burnt out!”

Hahaha, no shit!. He’s a cool guy

Finally Levrone updated the blog…

http://levronereport.com/

The hype has clearly died down over this cutting phase and I think he has acknowledged it by rarely posting updates. He stated he is currently 229 pounds at 5% bf. This could be the last week of his cutting phase but he did say he may extend it an additional week. Hopefully he finishes up the process on a good note - more progress pictures and training videos.

That’s because gaining is the only thing that really pisses off people who don’t see anywhere near the same progress.

Look at how people act on this site alone. Look at how people are responding to the gans of advanced lifters using “I, Bodybuilder”.

People tuned in so they could cry, “steroids”. Even the test he took wasn’t enough to shut them up.

I haven’t watched those vids in a while. However, I just watched the august 18th one, were he claims his biceps are now 20 inches, right…
