Stink, I was out looking for positive affirmation from you as well.

that was the intention

Levrone in '99:

Definitely one of my favorite BBers of all time.

It’s hard to believe he is the same person in this transformation project. I’m rooting for him to hit 245.

New pic up.

Really great fat loss for just 3 weeks.

Oh no, what happened to Chris?

he’s probably gonna sell out and use this to push his new supplement line.[/quote]

There’s no doubt.

This was an answer to a question in his blog:

“To answer your question, at this time I have no plans to compete professionally. Iâ??m more interested in blogging and creating products and programs that help people succeed in a healthy way. I mainly want to pass along the knowledge Iâ??ve gained and share some of my secrets.”

(emphasis mine)

I hope he’s successful if he does create a quality line of products/services whatever they might be. It’s not unprecedented (eg Gaspari, …)

The guy is a legend-- what, 4 times 2nd place Olympia? I’d say the guy has worked pretty hard for his respect and status in the BB community. If he applies that drive to a product/service line, he’ll be equally successful. Kudos to him.

I think it’s cool that he’s spending so much time/effort documenting his workouts.

Levrone is a legend, check his site. What a solid guy.

Know what’s kinda sad?

I used to think 19" arms would be MASSIVE

sure, his arms are big just not stupidly big as they used to be.

they must’ve been what 22-23" at his prime?

I too thought they didn’t look THAT big but who really knows. He could have inflated that a bit could be a pumped measurement.

They’re looking very solid to me in his latest vid.

He could be exaggerating, but I’d bet that if there was another person in the frame for reference, you would be satisfied.

I think it’s impressive how fast he is growing off of the weights he is using. Muscle memory, genetics, and hard work equal some pretty crazy results.

I bet he ate more when he was first gaining his size. I don’t think he has always done the diet up in weight to a contest thing. It was probably just healthier and easier to lose some size in the offseason and go off the drugs and then ramp it up before a contest. The golden era bodybuilders did that all the time. I’m sure he could only do that after he had been big and at his peak. That may be why he doesn’t need so many calories and why the article saying he eats 6,500 could be true. His body is probably quite used to what he is doing right now.

i would go off and say that he did this like 2 years ago and just edited togther

but i know WSJB saw him at the Arnold this year.

so all that means is that this is legit. im typically skeptical about anything mind blowing. but i guess when youre Kevin Levrone you can just do that shit.

Triceps workout:

C’mon-- how can anyone not be a little motivated by this guy? I love his enthusiasm. I found myself counting along with him… 17! 18! 19! 20!

What the hell?

his arms have just EXPLODED !!

man, seriously… we need to find out his genetic make-up and make a synthetic version

Jesus Christ. He’s a beast.

The man is a fucking legend. Respect to him.

The man competed as one of the best in the entire world. His ability to gain it back doesn’t surprise me as much as the people who seem to think this is impossible.

Genetics like his are one in a million.

I’ve talked to quite a few people who have seen him in the last 2-3 years and can attest that he was that “small” when they met him in person.

back and bi’s if people haven’t seen this one

he’s setting off the lunk alarm in this workout!!

any form police out there going to have a go at him??
