I always thought Levrone came over quite well on video, he’s a showman but knows how to pace himself - I much prefer his focus and a bit of “yeah baby” to all the screaming and wannabe gangster talk you get from some ‘hardcore’ training vids.
I quite like the way he talks through the exercises quickly before doing them and again after, just showing off how he doesn’t lose his breath!
And thousands of people have watched him eat now too! Even kind enough to raise his glass and point out to all his fans that it’s “some water” before taking sip, i’m sure there’s a little smirk there.
i noticed he said he was on a diet of 1500 cals a day and will be going to 3000. Seems low, no?
1500 a day, could he really be 206 at only 1500 a day… is that part of his genetic gift or a miscalc on the total…but i can’t imagine he doesn’t know how to count cals.
eitherway, in his food vid he said he eats 4 meals a day of chicken and vegies. Earlier he did mention rice.

Because if it is POSSIBLE ( pro x) for it to happen then chances are I will be in the 5% who will. While the rest get all the good crap. just my luck. some one pmed me and explained that there is a group on here who does hate on all bbers who get big or what ever.
dude you get passed 200 pounds of kick ass muscle you did hard core work no matter what you use to get there.

I noticed it too. Are those inverted squats? Maybe she can’t do a bodyweight squat and needs those cables to get out of the hole.
