Hey guy’s Ive been working out for 8 months now and want some faster results for rugby season. I was looking to use some Leutor and xpand to help me out with that, I’m 14 years old. What will it negatively affect me with at my age?
No one has any idea what you’re talking about. Put a little more effort into your posts if you want a serious reply.
If they are supplements then don’t use them. Food will give you faster results. Red meat, chicken, fish, beans, rice, potatoes, peanut butter and green vegetables. Load up.
