YES.

^ ya that.

Yeah, so I was supposed to train today. Woke up at 12:30, which is the time I’m supposed to start cardio if it’s scheduled that day. Tomorrow, before my manicure, I am going for a bike ride. It will be the first bike ride of the year and make up for “some” of the stuff I haven’t done for a couple of days.

Enjoy the bike ride! Do you have trails you can ride on, or do you stick to roads?

There’s a bike path along Lake Michigan. I don’t know how long it is, but it starts up north and goes all the way past Soldier Field and the Museum Campus on the South Side.

Another epic FB update by the 600 crunch chick:

dEFINLILEY A LONG DAY 2DAY THE BBQ WAS GREAT!!! My BaBES THRu dOWN ON The gRILL!!! i LUV mY FAmILY & fREN… sO GrEAT sEEIng u GUYs 2dAY!!! bELIEVE iT OR noT IT’s STILL pEEPS @ My HUz pLAYINn cARDs!!! bUT i â?¥ iT!!!

I’ve never understood the purpose of the CrAzY cApItAlIzAtIoN thing… it takes longer to type, is harder to read, and reminds me a bit of when little kids write their R’s backwards, only much less adorable.

Enjoy your bike ride. I’ve been meaning to get a bike rack for my car so I can finally take it out on the trails.

So, I went for my bike ride this morning. It was slightly chilly but awesome! Every time I go for a bike ride I think “why don’t I do this more often?” I don’t know how many miles I rode, just rode until my legs got sore, took a 10 minute break and rode back.

That’s good judgement…“just rode until my legs got sore” It’ll definately get the job done. At some point though, you may wanna try keeping a log. Otherwise it will get difficult to tell if you’re making progress. JFFT

Keep hittin’ the iron!

Ahhhhhh… it’s all starting to make sense now.

Hey, it’s still motivation, right?

LOL…there were hardly any shirtless men today. Anyway, most of them should keep their shirts ON. Who wants to see skinny naked men? I like muscles on my men.

It’s one of the best things about living right off of LSD.
