My weirdo suggestion of the day - walk the treadmill sideaways to really work your thighs. Anyone care to comment? I just figured it was a great way to get injured and keep my butt out of the gym doing the stuff I love.

The class is called ‘Tread and Shed,’ (and fuck up your knees while your at it) They leave that part out though

Haha, the class at my gym was called “Shredmill” - it never was nearly as popular as spinning though. Too bad, watching people get yelled at to run faster in the cardio area was kind of amusing.
