hehehehe thanks for the laugh Grneyes!

I work out like Otis !! Lol… Not. 3.5 mph @ 3.5 incline x 45 minutes. But I really wish Otis was on the machine next to me. My cat Aspen watched this with me. He sez, “Otis is a fitness freak. I don’t wanna meet him in a dark alley.”

Look at all the progress in here lately! You have come such a long way already.

Agreed! You’re PRing like a…like a…well I don’t know! Like a champ!! Great work as per usual…Ms. Hungry

“Mrs. Hungry” sounds better than her “new” last name.

I honestly think anyone would be proud to have your last name. ;o) Anyone who wouldn’t isn’t worth your effort. Congratulations!

C’mon, no beating around the bush. Pictures if you please.

As soon as I get pix, there will be pix. My dad is notorious for taking FOREVER to email pix. I’m still waiting for pix from Memorial Day, my cousin’s wedding in June, and July 4.

Saturday Training

Squats:
5 x Bar
8 x 65
5 x 95
5 x 105
5 x 105
7 x 65

This was all I did because my left knee was bothering me and they didn’t have the air on, just the doors open. It was horrible.

Today’s Training

Incline BB Press:
5 x Bar
8 x 55
6 x 65
5 x 65

Bench:
5 x Bar
7 x 65
4 x 70 <–Rep PR!
4 x 70

DB Bicep Curls:
10 x 12.5
2 sets of 8 x 15

The bench feels so awesome after I do the inclines; I feel so STRONG! It’s great. I used to struggle on Reps 3-4 at 65, and now I don’t really feel it until 4-5 at 65. The first 3 reps at 70 felt easy and I used to struggle on rep 2!!! I swear, I thank IH every Bench Day for introducing me to inclines and insisting they’re done first! LOL!

Why did no one tell me this!!! :frowning: <---- SAD SAD SAD Mascherano

What about if I do incline DB presses before benching - does that have the same effects?

Anywho…

Excellent work Greenie! That’s some pretty serious squatting, esp for a “horrible” session. Great job!

Awwwwwwwwwwww… thanks Renee:)

You’re right, but i’m self-deprecating like that. It’s a habit.

To be honest, Masch, I don’t think the numbers would translate as well as a BB, but i’d say to give it a shot… That’s the only way you’ll know for sure.

Greeny’s got the long limbs and I have her bringing the bar just a hair past her chin, before pressing it up. Otherwise, the shoulders take over much of the work, imo.

wow im late to the matrimonial party.

i like the view with my head up my ass, so, i’ll keep goin back there.

but while i have a breath of fresh air, i will say,

CONGRATUFUCKINLATIONS on the wedding, the pr’s, and pretty much life in general.

you rock, and im sure you wont get tigered of hearing it.

Hm…interesting…I will give it a try! At any rate, I put too much shoulder into all my chest pressing exercises - methinks that there is the bigger problem. Thanks Hungry!
