Just deadlifted 135kg x 3 reps.

First goal accomplished ahead of schedule. Going to try and hit 145kg before my goal end date of 29th august.

I know its not that impressive. But I’m friggin pumped about hitting 135kg.

I have video of my 315 lbs squat. Not the first time I did it but this one seemed harder than than ever. Maybe it was the ghey music playing in the gym. I tired to get all the weight and bar in the shot but stupid iPhone is stupid. I thought I didn’t hit good depth but watching it later I was happy with it.

Congrats on reaching your goal! What was with the scales at the start of the vid?

I think I’m only going to get my deadlift goal. TD54 do I need video proof of my measly 140kg deadlift?

Just to show how much I weighed before doing the rep. People would argue here and there that a guy at my weight would be able to squat that much.

Forgot about this thread, now I have a big FAILED written by my shoulder pain goal

My pain free shoulders was totally achieved, huge amounts of power snatches, and only ever benching after doing OHP has made me a happy man.

I’ve had a bunch of shit that has slowed down my progress in recent months but I’m on it now! (if I can ask for a 2-3 month extent ion on the Deadlift sir and the squat is a big fat FAIL, just glad I’m acctually squatting)

Hit 190kg deadlift on Monday after doing squats and regular Deadlift workout, think I’ve hit my DL goal, I just need to probe it!

Great squat to bodyweight. I’m only around a 3 plate squat, though i dont squat anymore. Unfortunately i weigh 235 :confused:

also nailed my goal of 80kg on my deadlift in 6 or so months (forgot to mention that one on here lmao)

reckon i could of got my leg press goal but have decided to give front squats a go for now.

Right the day has come:

Lots of failures on my goals.

Bench goal 110kg x 3reps - FAILED 100kg x 3reps achieved +20kg since goals set
Military Press goal 70kg x 3reps -FAILED 60kg x 3reps achieved +20kg since goals set
Deadlift goal 130kg x reps - ACHIEVED 145kg x 3reps achieved + 50kg since goals set
Pull-up 15 reps - FAILED 10 reps achieved + 8reps since goals set
17 inch arms - FAILED 16 inch arms achieved + 1.5 inch since goals set
34inch waist - ACHIEVED - this was just to stop me getting fat to achieve the other goals

I think I made pretty good progress to get back to where I was at last year before I got seriously ill and lost half my bodyweight. My arms are still a lot smaller than they used to be but I think an inch and a half over 4 months is pretty solid.

Obviously I was optimistic with these goals but they’ve kept me working hard.
